Restaurant Review: Centennial Park
Have you heard about the new lunch place in West Palm Beach? Centennial Park, downtown at Clematis and Flagler, is open for business. Here's my review:
Priority seating? No problem. Plenty of grassy places for your towel or blanket. No matter how busy it gets, you won't end up by the kitchen -- there isn't one.
Accept dogs? No problem. The more the merrier. Our Reggie walked right in.
Atmosphere? Five stars. Palm trees, beautiful flowers and the intracoastal waterway. Need I say more?
Prompt service? How fast can you move from your parking meter to the blanket?
Overall? On a scale of 1-10, I give it a 9.5. I had to deduct a half-point for the lizard with the curled up tail that scared Pam. Next time you're in West Palm, give it a try. Even if you don't come to eat, the ambiance is pretty darn good.
